The basic weekly rental rates for Les Eaux Calmes are shown below, to which you need to add the relevant occupancy supplement and energy costs which follow......
· occupancy supplement: £20 / €24 per adult, £10 / €12 per child - this is an additional fixed amount per stay, to add to the total rental cost, to include for the house being cleaned, beds made up with fresh linen, two bathroom towels being supplied per person, and a personal "meet and greet" service on arrival and departure. · energy costs, usually payable at the end of your stay: electricity usage charged at cost only; 12 cents per unit, based on meter readings; logs charged at 90 euros per stair / cubic metre (logs stored in cave/cellar). sorry, no smoking or pets discounts can be negotiated for longer lets - please enquire

The above calendar can be used to check on current availability. It should not however be relied upon for rental rates in euros or dollars and it should also be noted that changeover days are flexible (not just Saturdays) outside July and August.
* * * * PAYMENT TERMS & METHODS A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The balance is due six weeks before your stay. No breakage deposit is currently required, but guests are liable to re-imburse the costs of any damage which they have caused. UK GUESTS - payment by cheque in the post, or by bank transfer to my UK bank account with Santander detailed on booking form, or by PAYPAL / credit card (with additional 5% fee).
EUROZONE GUESTS - payment by bank transfer to my French Credit Agricole bank account detailed on booking form, or by PAYPAL / credit card (with add'l 5% fee).
GUESTS OUTSIDE EUROPE - payment by bank transfer to my UK bank account with Santander, detailed on booking form. Care should be taken to ensure the full payment is credited to my account and all bank charges are paid by the sender. For this reason we offer payment by Moneybookers or Credit Card/ PayPal for guests outside Europe. These methods help save bank charges and exchange commission on transferring funds from abroad.
